What Are HUB Centers?
HUB Centers are transitional housing that are designed to help people transition from homelessness, addiction, or other difficulties into permanent housing. This is accomplished through providing structure, supervision, support, education, and life skills.
Helping people to learn to think differently is often the key to changing their lives. But this process takes time and constant interaction. A person’s stay in a HUB center may be short or relatively long. We deal with each individual and guide them to make the changes necessary to live successfully on their own.
Our staff is made up of certified professionals in many different areas of assistance.
HUB Transition Centers are Presidential members of the AACC.

What Can U Do to Help
Many people just need a little help to overcome difficulties that are holding them down in life. Our staff are good at learning who we can help and what it will take to put them on the path to success. To make this happen, we need your help.
